Onspeed On XP

  Big Trev 19:47 11 Jun 2005

I use Onspeed Web accelerator on my Windows XP PC. Yetserday I downloaded the latest version and all is working on my administrator account.

However, my son's limited account can no longer access the internet. It is as though there is no internet connection when I start the browser.

Two error messages, - "Error 303: network failure" when I do diagnostic tests, and "Unable to initialise SDICORE.DLL" when I start the programme.

I have contacted Onspeed customer support, but I thought I might get a response from you guys quicker.

Everything worked fine with the old version.

I know I can do a system restore, before anyone suggests it!

Try uninstalling and re-installing on your son's account.

My son's account doesn't have sufficient rights to uninstall and install software.

Downloaded latest version To XP home installation and it's working fine.

Have you got more than one account?
