I've tried a few free online website builders but I keep having the same problem - the sites with the best design and editing capabilities (like Moonfruit!) are useless on a Smartphone. Those with reasonable compatibility on smartphones (like!) are really naff to edit - the templates are far too restricting.

Does anybody have any suggestions on this? i.e. a free online website builder, with lots of functionality and freedom to design but that also works on a Smartphone (without flash).

You could give Serif webplus 7 which as far as I know it should be free to download and all you need to register it is free phone an 0118 number.

I don't know
all I know is that I got it from a pc pro disk that came with mag, and it was the full version, just have not had chance to register from free phone
have a look at one of these pc pro mags and normally they have the full versions that just need registering for free
