OK I'm 70 but I'm not senile

There was a thread about a continous ink system for some printers. I responded to it at the time but I can't find the original thread.

I have tried many different keywords in the Forum Search box but got no results.

I would like to give the poster an update?

Thanks, Stuartli. Yes that's the one.

Seems it has been ticked as resolved, so an update on here.

I ordered one of these kits £29.99 and received it today.

Took a bit longer than 5 minutes to install but it is all working OK. 100ml ink containers are transparent so you can see how much ink is left.

Sorry, should have said it is for the Epson R200 series. Got a few inky fingers but that was probably my fault for not reading the instructions properly.

Would you mind revisiting this thread pj123, say, after a few weeks use of the system and giving us a review?

I'm looking to purchase one, but I'd be interested to hear what your thoughts are after a while in use.

It should work equally as well with the R300 - the BigPockets version serves the Epson R200, R220, R300, R310, R320, RX510, RX600 and RX620 models:

Genius1, yep I understand that, but I was looking for a thread about continuous ink supply.

So I missed it.

Only been a day since this system was installed but have printed quite a few pages/documents and have asked opinions of other people who have Epson printers.

Comparing a printout from my previous ink cartridges with a printout (the same) from the new continuous ink system they have all said:

"The colours are more vibrant".

I also have an Epson 895 printer using Choice compatible cartridges and printed the same document on the same type paper and the R200 wins hands down.

I haven't tried a photo using glossy paper yet but I'm quite impressed with it at the moment.

Will update it again after a couple of weeks.

Just done a print using Epson Photoquicker 3.5.

4 up on one A4 borderless. Using Choice Stationery 180gsm Instant Dry Photo Glossy.

The result is fantastic. Anyone want to see email me your address and I will send you an A4 sheet.
