Office 2003 Group Policy installation!!

i work in a school and we have office 2003 professional edition, we wanted to install it on 50 machines via Group policy, the actual process works BUT, we dont want pupils to have access to certain applications like Outlook, Visio, Infopath etc, just the basic Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Access and Publisher.
to install via Group policy we used the Pro11.msi installation file.

Now heres the Question????

How can i customize the installation via Group policy to exclude certain programs????

Any Ideas???

you'll need to download a tool first.

click here and download the file called Ork.exe

Then use the customize maintenance wizard to change the installation state, and remove the applications that you don't want your students to use.
