Odd connection problem - can dongle/cannt network

Hi All,
Bit of a odd problem. we have a laptop running XP and IE8. He did have a problem (trojan) before christmas which seemed to be fixed.
He can connect to internet via his Vodaphone dongle and everything is hunky dory. But in the office he can not connect to internet either by wire or wireless. He can connect to our internal network but not the outside world.

Ran Ccleaner no joy
Installed firefox and that cannt connect either so it isnt a browser issue.
Checked network settings for both network and wireless and both are fine

Any thoughts on where to go next guys ?

With the computer connected to your home network, open a Command Prompt window ("Start > Run", type CMD and click OK) then, at the prompt, type...

ipconfig /all

...and press Enter. This will show details of all network adapters installed in the PC. Right click in the Command Prompt window, "Select All" and press Enter to copy the details to the clipboard. Paste the details into a forum reply here.

If you are unable to paste the details directly from the computer, because it cannot get online, paste them instead into a blank "Notepad" file, transfer the file to a working PC and copy/paste the details from there. It might just give an indication of the problem.
