MY PC WAS WORKING FINE, BUT TO NIGHT I WANTED TO CHANGE THE OS FROM WINDOWS XP HOME TO WINDOWS XP PROFESIONAL. SO I FORMATED THE HARD DRIVE AND THEN TRYED TO LOAD THE NEW OS, BUT THE KEY BOARD WILL NOT ENABLE SO I CANOT RE LOAD WINDOWS, I GET AN NTLDR ERROR AT THE BOTTOM OF THE SCREEN SAYING PRESS CTRL ALT AND DELITE BUT CANOT DO THIS AS THE KEY BOARD WILL NOT ENABLE, I AM USING A USB KEY BOARD AND MOUSE, EVERY THING WAS GREATE UNTIL I FORMATED THE HARD DRIVE.
ANY IDEAS WOULD BE VERY MUCH APRICIATED.

Your keyboard won't work unless you have USB for DOS enabled in your BIOS. probably your best option is to borrow a standard keyboard whilst you install XP. As for the NTLDR error this usually means there is something missing from the startup/boot disk. Someone else with more knowledge of XP will maybe help you there

Also, the CAPS LOCK key is stuck on the keyboard that you are using.
