NTL slowed down???

Has any one noticed a slow down in the speed of NTL Broadband in the last week? On the McAfee speedometer I normally read 1000 kbps but recently its only 200.

1st 128K took 3619 ms = 36218 Bytes/sec = approx 301 kbits/sec

2nd 128K took 3627 ms = 36138 Bytes/sec = approx 301 kbits/sec

3rd 128K took 3677 ms = 35646 Bytes/sec = approx 297 kbits/sec

4th 128K took 3628 ms = 36128 Bytes/sec = approx 301 kbits/sec

On a 300 kbits/sec here in east London.

I am on NTL 2mb
My results show:

1st 128K took 540 ms = 242726 Bytes/sec = approx 2019 kbits/sec
2nd 128K took 550 ms = 238313 Bytes/sec = approx 1983 kbits/sec
3rd 128K took 550 ms = 238313 Bytes/sec = approx 1983 kbits/sec
4th 128K took 500 ms = 262144 Bytes/sec = approx 2181 kbits/sec

Subjective rating Great

Mine seems fine, I'm on ntl 2meg service.
