Ntfs and Fat32

i'am running xp pro with 20GB harddrive which is fat32 and have just installed a 60GB harddrive as a slave after formatting is NTFS.could there be a conflict and could i change the smaller drive to NTFS

With windows XP being on the 20 gig drive, it WILL see the NTFS drive no bother. It would be a problem if the OS was 98 or ME on the 20 gig drive.

That is why windows will always try to format anything over 32gig as NTFS, it would not matter to windows that it was written in fat32.
