Note Book prompt on Start up

Whenever I restart my PC I get the following message in a notebook window:

[email protected]%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

This does not seem to have any adverse affect on the PCs performance but I did not have this 6 months ago.

It's the desktop.ini folder loading in the Startup Group.
the system information, you will notice that one desktop.ini is loaded in
the "Common Startup" directory (C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start

If this desktop.ini file is with the following command lines, the symptom
may occur:

[email protected]%SystemRoot%\system32\shell32.dll,-21787

You could change the command to "[email protected],-21787" or
Msconfig to disable the corresponding desktop.ini item at startup.

msconfig will be the easiest.

Start run type msconfig and click the startup tab untick desktop.ini and restart.

Thanks. In the end I did a search on all desktop.ini files that contained -21787 and deleted three offenders. Seems to have worked OK.
