Not Receiving E-mail

I have just had NTL broadband installed at home, and subsequently created a valid e-mail address. When I access Outlook Express and attempt to 'download' any mail, there is nothing there!

However, by going to NTLworld, I can then access my mail (to a lesser degree). What am I doing wrong, or what have I done wrong? How can I get the mail directed straight to me?

Have you opened Outlook Express 6 and gone to tools Accounts and created a new account?

Outgoing Mail Server address

Outgoing Mail Server type SMTP

Incoming Mail Server address

Incoming Mail Server type POP3
