I recently purchased the download for this and installed it on my main internet connection pc. After about 2 days, I couldn't access my pop3 email accounts in Outlook XP (even tried Outlook Express). I eventually found an article on the KB of Symantec that either the pop3 accounts have been accidentally changed or there is a file corruption. My pop3 account details were intact so the recommended solution was uninstall and reinstall.

That was fine for about 5 days, then same problem. Went through same uninstall and reinstall process and all ok for 2 days. Same again......

Does anyone know if Symantec are gonna solve the problem as I don't want to spend the next year having to uninstall and reinstall the software twice a week - I have better things to do with my time
