I am thhinking of buying Norton Internet Security 2010 but is there any point if as the BETA of 2011 has been released?

If i buy 2010 what happens when the full version of 2011 comes out, does that mean i have out of date software?

Thanks for the help

Is the beta free.If so use that.
You should get a free upgrade to the 2011 version when it comes out if you buy the 2010 version.

I recommend you use a free alternative; a few good examples are:

Microsoft Security Essentials
AVG Free

You'd have to be insane to buy anti virus in today's world; there are so many free alternatives which are just as good (if not better) than the paid versions!

The only benefit you may get from a paid version is online back up and tune up utilities... but there are free versions of them too.

Hope this helped.
