hi just got norton 2004 loaded it in but when i come to register it it say invalid sku anyone know what this is cheers

Sounds like you've got the Enterprise edition instead of the Home edition?

normally Norton do require the SKU number (it is the code number) that normally is over the pack you bought . To make it easier on Symantec web page you can find the explanation of which number you have to use (be carefull it is splitted by location in the world!)

Oh. Does this mean it could already have been used?

Norton AV 2004 is using product activation simalar to Windows Xp if i rememebr correctly.

You may have to contact Symantec.

Are you sure you are using the correct code off th box??
