Is anyone experiencing web page freezes after downloading the very latest NIS 2013 software update? This is not just a definitions update but a whole 'make-over'.

Basically it seems to be trying to decide if every page, form or login box is worth saving to the vault & everything is taking 10 times as long to do. It's akin to being back on dial up.

Sometimes a reboot fixes the problem but rarely.

Both IE10 & Google Chrome are affected.

Thank you. J

Haven't noticed any problems whatsoever.

It's just beavering away in the background carrying out the occasional scan and safeguarding my browsing.

I am using both Firefox and IE and have noticed no slow down with my system.

And, yes, I do have the latest update;-)

This is solved by way of a Microsoft update available yesterday. It was listed as an Internet Explorer/Flash solution to certain issues.

Web pages & forms all up to speed.

Thanks. J
