Not really; the software may be on the machine if you have a restore disk (which will set the pc as it was when it left the factory). But I have not heard of any company which gives the MS Office Premium edition without giving the CD.

Try OpenOffice.org for a free alternative; StarOffice for a cheap (c. £50) alternative to MS Office.
