I undertake some work from home, however, when sending attatchments to a colleague (also working from home) he receives the main body of the e-mail but often does not receive any attachments.We both use BTinternet; although I have a broadband connection.My OS is Windows ME whilst he uses XP home.I use MS Outlook while he uses Outlook ExpressWe both use Norton Internet Security 2003.For the record I receive his attachments Many thanksjustabitbaffled
In Outlook Express, get your colleague to click on Options > Security and see if "Do not allow attatchments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus" is unticked.
Tell your friend to check the security options by opening OE click Tools, click Options, click Security tab and make sure their is no tick in the box that says-Do not allow attachments to be opened that could potentially be a virus.Hope this helps
