NIS...can you uninstall the AV but keep the firewa

I have NIS 2005 with all the latest updates but fancy trying out other AV'S.....Is it possible to uninstall the AV part of NIS while still keeping the firewall??

NIS is a complicated beast which uses alot of resources.

Use it untill the subsciption runs out then uninstall completely and use a combination of other protection. Why pay when you can get better free?
