thanks, are there any links incase you get infected and how to remove it?
i found a file called NetWatch that is associated with the virus but i assumed this file was supposed to be on my Pc (OS Win98se) should i leave it? AVG does not detect a virus
has already infected machines belonging to a client of mine in Sydney. I've spent a good part of the day removing it from his office computers using Windows XP remote access.
that by late this afternoon AVG had an update covering this particular virus, so users should update their copies of AVG immediately.
so some one gets an email saying "our private photos", and actually opens it? and then complains when they get infected? Maybe this forum should have a "sticky" telling everyone exactly what progs they should have on their comp. eg ZA, AVG,Ad-aware, etc
I know I have ticked resolved.
Having just read FE's response, thought it might be a good idea to Bump thread incase anyone misses it.
