New pc is not working, x99 motherboard

Hello all. I have just build my pc and it is not starting at all. I tested my power supply and it works but other then that I can't get any response when I plug everything together. Is the motherboard to blame? How can I test if it's faulty? Components Motherboard: Gigabyte x99 SLI Ram: Fury Hyper x DDR4 2x8 (16) CPU cooler: Cooler Master RR-212E-16PK-R1 Hyper 212 Evo CPU: intel i7 5820k GPU: Asus STRIX-GTX750TI-OC-2GD5 Power supply: EVGA supernova 650 Glod Case: Fractal Design R5 Hdd: Samsung 1tb Hybrid ssd from a laptop
