Hey all.

My friend is wanting to buy a lap-top.
The main use for it will be photo editing, storing etc etc as she is a professional camera-woman.

Can somebody please direct me to a good company that can offer a very competative price and also could u experts please comment on what spec she should be looking for.

Many thanks

Get a centrino from, say novatech.co.uk - they have some at good prices.

Can't recommend a good place 2 buy but I'd say memory is a consideration nearly all come with 512 but some laptops like mine share this Ram with the graphics card and photo editing can b memory intensive might want to see if you can get a bit more or one that has seperate graphics memory. Also hard drive space I'd say look 4 one with a 60gig at least. A dvd burner may b useful as well for backing up files to a cd-rom can b filled quite quickly.
