New hard drive without loading windows again

I would like to get a new hard drive for my computer, however, I don't want to have to load on all my software again. Is there any way of backing moving the contents of my current hard drive onto the new one without having to load all my programs again. Thanks

Yes buy Acronis True Image, the Create a Image to another drive. You could fit the new one as Slave Partition it and put the image on the last Image you create. After fit new drive and restore image to the Main Partition
