New ADSL Modem Required

Hi, I currently have an Alcatel/Thompson Speedtouch 330 modem for my Virgin Broadband Access.

This connects to my PC via USB.

I have purchased a Wireless Router and Network cards for my pc and laptop as I would like to set up a network/internet sharing.

My question is:

Which modem should I buy to replace the Alcatel/Thompson Speedtouch 330? I need one that will connect (via a lan cable) to the router.

Hope I've made myself clear.
Cheers!!

...why did you not buy a combined modem/router instead of separate ones. I think it may have worked out cheaper for you.

I had the Speedtouch which I too bought when I first got ADSL with Virgin. I have just recently gone wireless and bought a Netgear DG834G combined modem/router for £69 from Amazon to replace the Speedtouch.
