networking aol?-a myth?

Does ANYONE know if it is possible to network aol connection by using a router that isnt the Thomson Speedtouch one??

Please please help me, this is urgent!!

The Netgear router looks to me to be pretty similar to the Linksys WAG54G which you already have.

Buy the cheapest one you can find that is up to the quality you require and it will work with AOL. j.

I know in theory it should work but in practice it seems that it doesnt!! Has anyone managed it with a linksys wag54g?? (or similar modemrouter)??
