I have a client who has installed Net Nanny on her computer. Problem is that on start up it announces that it has sucessfully configured the system, but then tries again to configure and says that it failed. She is so fed up with it she wants to remove it, but on trying to remove it using Add/Remove programs it asks for the password, which it then rejects. We can disable it by using ctrl alt del and killing the task, but as soon as we change users or restart its back. I've searched the web for help but can only find assistance for windoes versions prior to Win 2000. The machine in question is running Win XP Home. Any one any thoughts on this please?
