Having followed your excellent advice about removing malware, I find i have a problem which i think may be connected to the new security measures installed.
I've bought an i_River H340 jukebox and every time i install software such as i-tunes, emusic or MS media player 10, once i try to connect to download mp3s i get an error message saying a connection with the server cannot be established - or something similar, despite being online at the time. my guess is that one of my security settings might be preventing this necessary access. All the help and support services offered by those sites are also inaccessible for the same reason. any ideas?
