Need new motherboard

  Multi_sheep 01:57 17 Aug 2008

Basically I am far from a computer wizz and am deseperately trying to seek out a motherboard for some new hardware I will be purchasing and am really quite intimidated but what motherboard to get.

I plan on buying these components:

- E8400 CPU
- 2GB 800Mhz RAM
- Ati 4850

I want to find a motherboard that would support these pieces of hardware and allow for RAID connection aswel but I'm on a strict budget and want to spend minimal if possible (if you haven't already guessed, I am a gamer!).

So is there a motherboard that you can recommend me, I really have reached a dead point and am worried I might purchase a motherboard that won't be compatible. :/

I'm also aware that nearly all motherboards need to have their BIOS 'flashed' before you can actually use the E8400. I would like to know how to flash the BIOS, can anyone provide a link that shows how to do it?

Thankyou to who ever replies! :D

Who ever told you that don’t know what they talking about

Take a look at this motherboard and there is no need to flash the bios at the bottom of page you can

ask their technical department any question that you need to be answered about the motherboard
