I love to play games on my PC however its older (by PC standards)and now it has horrible frame rate while playing most newer games. I know your first thought is to just buy a better computer buy I am saving for my wedding and cant afford that right now. So i thought that maybe I will just buy a better GPU. Here are my Specs (well the basic version):
AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640 Processor
NVIDIA GeForce GT 430
Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate Edition (build 7600), 64-bit
That being shown, what Graphics cards would you guys recommend?
Hi Jessie , i appreciate your dilemma but like me you might just have to bite the bullet and dump the rig , let me explain , my prevoius rig was 6 years old and only had a gtx 260 and it got to a point where the fans in the card ran very fast on diablo 3 and warframe and in some cases i had to do minimum settings on everything such as witcher 3 and witness for example. In some cases upgrades are a money pit because to put a new card in the mobo , psu and ram may need upgrading as well. SORRY if you dont like what i said but you need to know when its time to walk away. Keep the pc you are using now as guinea pig test rig and if a certain something goes pair shaped on it then dont put it on your new set up.Check out a company called pc specialists thats where i got my new rig from. BY THE WAY.... good luck with the wedding.
