how different types of data are stored in a computer, i need the following...

-integer numbers
-Numbers less than 1 (i.e. numbers with fractional part to them)

You need to be clearer - do you mean what file they are saved in, how they are represented on the hard drive (ie in binary code), the file extension used for them, the file type..... ???

how the data is stoired in the computer, for example and integer: Integer numbers are stored as either words or pairs of words, depending on your processor's word size. A 32-bit machine word is the most common integer representation......but need it for the other data types
