Need help regarding LCD display in Audi TT

Hi guy's I know this is a IT based website, But someone with LCD screen knowledge might be able to answer it.

I have achieved a full SMD colour conversion on my 2003 Audi TT 8N MK1, however I have some issues.

I'll explain the layout of the screens.

For the Climate control, the Right and left speedomemter screens are setup like this.

Screen Red light filter Sceen Mount SMD LED's (red) PCB

Center Speedometer screen is like this:

Screen Orange light filter Sheet that looks like a hologram? (Diffuser of some kind i guess) Sceen Mount SMD LED's (red) Speedometer PCB

I have changed the filter in all to white, and added purple smd's underneath the screen.

On the screens now apart from the center display i'm displaying a very light backlight, with white lettering.

On the center screen it is the same however the text is almost unreadable from being soo bright.

Here's an image of the speedometer with the screen moved, and a picture of the filters for the center screen

click here basically attempting to have the displays in a purple backlight with readable font.
