HI - I'm trying to get a % in excel on service levels met. Example: Date Expected to be complete - 10/12/2015 Date Completed - 10/13/2015 Can someone help me figure out a formula?

I doubt it as there aren't 13 months in 2015.

Clapton

The date is given in USA format ie month/date/year

How do you want the percentage expressed? It is a ratio of one to another. How does that reconcile against the two dates given?

The dates given are not enough. You need to know how long the job took and how long it was expected to take. You then take the former from the latter and tell excel to express it as %.
