Need A copy of ECDL Module 1

Where can I get ECDL Module1 in Cover Disc 1 (July 2003)? I am studying in US and working on developing a questionnaire about Basic IT knowledge in health worker in a developing country.I can not find the PC Advisor Mag. and cover disc in my area.
