I recently bought the Yoga 520 (Flex 5) in the UK along with an Lenovo Active Pen 2.
I have having problems writing which is described and experienced by other uses here: click here have tried multiple pens and programs and the problems persists. I have access to the Lenovo Yoga X1 (much more expensive model) and the pen works perfectly with no missing strokes.
My theory is that the built in palm rejection in the Yoga 520 is not as strong as the Yoga X1 and it is causing problems (I did actually try wearing a glove and it works fine).
My supplier has agreed to refund or replace the laptop. I'm not sure if replacing is even worth it as it does seem to be a common problem with the Yoga 520.
Would you recommend I try another Yoga 520 or does anyone know of another laptop with decent palm rejection? (8GB RAM, SSD, under £1,000 please).
Many thanks for your help!
