Mystery file

I generally have a good clean-out once a month..History,Temps etc. I am running Adaware, Spybot and AVG. This time however I have come acros a file in my 'Temps' folder that I cant seem to get rid of....its called 'aaudstum.sys'.When I try to erase it I just get the message that it cant be erased because it belongs to a programme that is in use. This file doesn't seem to be affecting anything on my PC but its just bugging me Because I dont know what it is....any ideas?

Possibly spyware. Run Adaware or try MS Antispyware.

It seems to be part of ACPI,but my searches keep taking me to HJT logs(which are huge)so I've just used the Google headings to make my decision:...
