My Videos folder - Windows Problem

  Evolution 19:12 02 May 2009

When accessing My Videos folder (ie. once it has opened), I get the "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close" dialogue box and I can't open any of my files.

When I close the dialogue box the folder is locked and I have can only get rid of it by closing down via Task Mgr.

So there is no way I can even move or delete the folder contents to see if something specific is causing it.

Have run AV, Reg Cleaner Pro, Malware remover etc etc but no joy.

PC is XP SP3.

All other folders are fine.

Any ideas.

Disable AVI preview and try again; click here
If you can open the folder OK, check the files for corruption or damage
