My RealtekBluetooth 4 Module isnt working.

Troubleshooting has found a problem with a PnP device. The term PnP is new to me and it would perhaps been useful if Windows had given even a basic explanation.. As it is, I had to access google but, unfortunately,am none the wiser.Also,on looking up the meaning of the error code-Code 43-the response was that no such code exists! Please help as I seem to be chasing my tail.
