My PC keep losing internet connection

I have to keep restarting my PC to get back on the internet. I have a screenshot but don't know how to insert it. It says

The Intel(R) 82579M Gigabit Network Connection adapter is experiencing driver or hardware related problems

If anyone can help it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Make and model of machine and windows version? 10?

First thing to try is to uninstall and reinstall the latest version of the network driver for your machine.

You could also try device manager, expand network adapters, right click the lan card, update driver, select browse my computer for driver software. You should end up with a list of available drivers. Select a different driver to the first one. You can always change back if need be. If it's stable then ok. Similar to this

Still a good idea to then check if there is an updated driver version for the card.
