Could someone please tell me what snmp.exe is and why it is eating up all my computers power and how to get rid of it or stop it?

GUH! I really lost u there Pinka, it sounds nice and complicated, any idea how to stop it using up 98% of my processor all the time for the past 3 days?

Cause I don't know how to stop it, I hate having a compitant yet missing lots education on windows.

Reading pinkas post suggests windows is getting asked for and sending memory to a network system set up on your pc, or am i wrong ?
