My 1TB sata3 toshiba hdd won't work on esonic g31.

I bought esonic mother board g31. I put sata3 1TB hdd in it. But after 2-3 days it asked to back up my data. After that day my windows won't run. I checked all. Then I discovered that there's a TIC TIC sound from hdd. Then I replaced my hdd. And after running 2-3 days same problem arose. Then again I replaced my hdd. And that time when I was booting my computer I opened my pc. My windows fully ran. All thing was working. But TIC TIC sound was still in there. Then I thought same problem would arise. And I was right. My windows was unable to run nextt day. Then I bought a hdd enclosure and I found out that my sata3 1TB hdd is 100% ok. What's the solution for this and what I will do?
