I have made a movie with music and my pictures now I would like to know how do I put it on DVD using Nero. I thought I had done it but when I came to look at the disk it said full but there was nothing on it. A box came up saying RaeltekAC97Audio, No compression. I was using Nero 3. Why I don't know as I have Nero 6. I saw and heard the music. Its clear that I don't know how to use Nero. Could someone please tell me how, stage by stage. If I hadn't got the film I would have thought I had the music.

You do NOT need to open Nero, or indeed any other Burning program to put your Muvee onto DVD. In the Muvee 'Help' file, page entitled "Saving My Muvee", follow these instructions ...

First, put a blank disc (DVD or whatever) into your Drive, then ...

1 - Put a tick into box marked 'Burn file to disc'

2 - Change NTSC to PAL

3 - Put a dot into DVD circle.

4 - Click on Finish in bottom right corner.

A Progress Bar will then appear showing the data being burned to disc. A short Muvee of say 20 pictures and 2 pieces of music, making approx 350Mb of data and running for approx 6 minutes, will take approx 2o minutes to burn to disc - depending on your particular hardware setup.

I repeat - you do NOT need to open Nero. 'Muvee Now' does it all for you.

Hi, sea princess XP Pro is using a program which I recommended called 'Muvee Now2' it is a free download, you can Google for it. It has its own built-in burn engine.

Hi again. I do do every thing correctly, but it tells me to check the disk is inserted correctly. I am useing DVD, tried different disks. I look under properties and it tells me the disk is full but I know they haven't been used. I also thought I would drag some pictures of a disk and put into my muvee I saved but it doesn't save the new version with the extra pictures.

I have 8 days left of my 21 and I haven't managed to put any pic on my muvee, only with the help of Tecnotiger on his PC. My PC keeps telling me to check my disk is in correctly. Something must be wrong with my PC, any ideas and how to fix it please?

I now know why this program would not work. I haven't got a DVD writer. I will have to treat myself. Thank you for your help.
