Mustek ScanMagic 4800 P Scanner driver

  graham√ 20:47 01 Aug 2003

My neighbour has given me their old scanner, but they don't have the drivers. The intention is for me to get the drivers, and if possible, software, to enable it to be donated to a good cause.

I have downloaded 2 files to the desktop from Mustek. The first starts the installation to 'Twain_32\A4S2_32'.

Then the message 'Place Installation Disk #2 into the floppy drive'. The Source Pathname '... Owner\Desktop\'. I have tried to point towards the second file (a w02 file), but so far without success. Any ideas, please?

Have you tried writing the file to floppy?

  graham√ 22:39 01 Aug 2003

Brilliant! Trying that now.

Copied the file to floppy OK, still get the same Pathname. Tried changing to A:\, no joy.

Have you tried putting all the files in one folder and run from that

Thanks, trying now.

It adds the new folder 'Scanner' to the source pathname, but doesn't respond either.
