hi, Yes I suggest you go to outlook express, Click tools, Click Accounts, which should bring you to Internet accounts box,
1/ Do you have duplicate names here?
2/ If Not Do you know how to reset up your wifes e.mail account?
3/ If you know how to set it up DELETE your wifes e mail account.
4/ Boot the computer, go back into Accounts and reset up her e mail account. That should put the problem right.
