I'm a novice - obviously! I use MS Works Address Book to keep and update personal contacts and print off labels for Christmas cards. No problem. (I use Mail Merge in Word for this).
But I've just become secy. of a small group which I need to contact regularly by post: 25 members. I found that Address Book allows you to create a Group within it. I did this - all the details went in, it appears (let's call it "Hedgehogs")in the correct alphabetical position in my Address Book list, and I can access it on screen.
But what I CANNOT do is isolate the Group for the purpose of printing off all the details or for merging into Word in order to print labels.
Can anyone tell me what I have to do so as to be able to manipulate it as a distinct cluster within Address Book?
I'll be so grateful for your help.
