Hello,

Using W98se with Netscape 7.1 my system sometiimes stops responding. The dialog bow shows that Mscnn32 is the problem. When "end task" is clicked the system starts again and all seems well. Using the FIND commend results in an negative response. Examining the Windows CD-Rom fails to find this file so a reload is not possible.

Does anybody know what this file is and how to make it run correctly?

Regards

Loughlan

Also, Just e-mailed someone in the trade...

Hi Gareth,

The file: Mscnn32.exe is infected with Bugbear.B virus, the file needs to be removed using an online scan if the user does not have AV on his/her system, please suggest to them they sue one of many Free online scans from Panda - click here or from Trend Micro - click here

They can even use the Symantec scan but it will not remove the virus automatically.
