MS Word 2000

Can anyone tell me how i add seperate documents together to make one big one. I've got a college assessment with about 6 chapters stored in the same folder. I want to join them together into one document for the purposes ofpage numbers etc...Any help is greatly appreciatted. Thanks.

Start a new document. Insert/File and browse to locate Chapter 1. repeat for Chapters 2 to 6.

Or you can use Microsoft Binder which is included with Office.

Or you could simply copy and paste.
