I have a nova fidelity x12,I have just backed up the database to a usb hard drive.This seems to have backed up in Linux format so I cannot get onto my pc.which Linux version do I need to download,I am using windows 10 is there a version of Linux I can download to a memory stick ?

Your Nova Fidelity can store audio files in MP3, FLAC, OGG and WAV format. The makers recommend FLAC because it is a good, lossless format.

FLAC is fully supported by Windows 10, so you shouldn't have a problem. I can't understand why Linux should come into this at all. As wee eddie suggests, the software that you used to do the backup may well provide a clue - let us know what it was, and we can move forward.
