Mpeg4 files

Hi - I've got an epson P2000 image viewer which, amongst other things, supports mpeg4 video codec with AAC MP3 - haven't a clue what it means, but someone told me i could download films.

Can anyone tell me where I can find a good site, and do I just download to the computer then to a CF card which I put in the P2000, or directly to the card, or do I need anyting else? The P2000's manual just says you can do it, not how to! Supports video up to 2gb, audio up to 1mb.

I'm off to New Zealand later this today, so if anyone replies and I don't respond, I'll check when the jet lag has gone!
