My firewall (ZoneAlarm) has recently started to flash up an alert warning me that "Win 32 cabinet self extractor is tring to set wextract_clean0 to run each time your computer is started. The associated application is mpas-f.exe. Normally a search engine enquiry gives me the answer but nothing on this. I would really love to know what is going on. My suspicion is Microsoft has caused this and it may have something to do with its new Windows defender software I installed. Thanks in advance for clues/answers to this.

Thanks for the link - altavista was useless - google looks the way to go; and so was microsoft.com strangely, even though it was their product apparently?
