i have a lot of spoken word mp3's that i use for
EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, and i need to be able to edit some of them as they are a bit rough (i especially want to be able to fade in and fade out.) before i put them on a cd. Is there a programme that will let me do this. (Preferbly one i can download i have a lecture tomorrow and need to do this tonight.)
Any help much appreciated.

Personally I think there are many more WAV file editors out there and are easier to use.
I convert my mp3 files to WAV and back after editing, or play them as WAV files.

Here are some links to convert....

The download still seems to be version 1.0.0

No great problem, as that works fine, but looks like the later version might be even better.

The LAME.DLL encoder is needed for MP3 conversion.
