I need to put my mp3's on to cd's to play on normal stereo but how do I do this?

You need to convert them to wav format.

dBPoweramp will do it for you; as will nero and likely other burning programs.

If you have Nero just drag and drop them over it should make them .cda files for you, make sure you choose Audio cd not Data cd when asked.

Have you tried using iTunes? You can easily convert mp3 to Wav in just two clicks.

To use iTunes to convert mp3 to wav do the following:

In iTunes click Edit>Preferences, click the impoting tab and change the selection to wav. Click OK

Click File>Add file to library and navigate to the file that you wish to convert and add it. Your selection will now appear in your Library.

Right-click the mp3 and select Convert selection to WAV.

You now have a wav file that you can add to a custom playlist, and iTunes can also burn it to CD.

If iTunes is already setup and you have imported all your music into your library you can do this with two clicks. You can also convert multiple selections at the same time.
