Moving Microsoft Offcie Standard to a New PC

I bought Office 2007 Standard a year ago on line and now want to move it to a new Netbook. I do not want it on the old notebook which is to be sold. How do I move and activate without having to buy it again?

transfer it to a memory stick and re introduce it to the new machine.

If you did not retain that file then you are stymied
a program once installed cannot be transferred.
